1. Agreement to Terms

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 60 days, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario. The arbitration shall be conducted in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in English.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement
